Good looking shepherds!

Wow thank you sir. Bobo is the Bi-colored German Shepherd pup in my pics, he's a complete knucklehead, haha.
Quoted from jwo825:This is my view every Saturday and Sunday morning. They never get any, but it doesn't stop them from trying.
Just kidding! They totally get bacon on the weekends. Though just half a piece each and after we're done eating.

The black one is so cute with his little tiny legs
That pic is very deceiving. She's actually chocolate and tan and her legs are really long. She's around 17-19 pounds now.
Quoted from trufflepiggy:Behold Rocket…….. The socks keep the snow from building up in his poodle feet.
Oh, does anyone need a big bag of poodle hair?IMG_4257.JPG 212 KB
Use it to make a dog bed, lol

I want to celebrate my beautiful girls life, Sheba had to be put down less than 2 hours ago now and I finally can cry no more and post this beautiful pic of her. I was given her at 3 and had 10 AWESOME years of her enriching my life through illness and great joy. RIP beautiful girl and enjoy the doggy beach in the sky. I hope you understand why I made the decision to let you sleep as you did not deserve the pain that was coming. IMG_0701.JPG
Love Dad
this wasn't meant to be a bummer thread! so please have a smile as she had an AWESOME life with me.
I just looked back at my first post (#18) and it's sad to see how many we've lost in the last 2 years. That pic was taken when we first moved to the house in early 2013, and of the 9 pictured we only have 5 of those now. We lost Scrappy the wirehaired terrier mix in Sept 2014 to heart failure, and just had to put down Casino the bat-eared shorty Jack on 2/5/15. We added one rescue (Andi the Dobi/cur mix) late 2013 so we're currently at 6 dogs. Jetta, the Parson Russell, is now a house dog because she's the only little dog left, 12 pounds, 18+ years old, has seizures, and yet still tries to rule the other dogs. She's driving me insane, but loves sleeping in the house.

This was taken last spring after Andi had joined the group and finally trusted us enough to come out of hiding.
Quoted from Xerico:For All Pet Owners who have lost a pet.
This brought me great comfort and helped me tremendously as I grieved for my Darth.

Sorry, John. Your family gave him a good life and he added to yours.

Very sorry. I know all too well how it feels.

R.I.P. Ronan. Your family loves you dearly, and your memory will last forever.

ya got to see this! excellent
Quoted from Steve-in-CT:We lost our 8 year old golden retriever Cosmo last November to cancer. Even with 2 teenage boys and my wife, the house seemed empty. Last weekend we picked up a new golden puppy and the house is alive again. His name is Guinness.

Sorry to hear.
Ya' know, that's so odd the emptiness in a house after losing a pet...even though family is still around. I know exactly what you mean.
Good luck w/the new pup!
Thanks. Through all the accidents, chewing, sharp puppy teeth and early morning wake up cries, we're having a great time with him. At least with this one, my boys can help take care of him. He's grown quite attached to my 13 year old.

I think my favorite thing about puppies are their fat little ankles. Congrats on the new pup. Mine are 7 and 2 and I hope I have many more years of laughter ahuntitled.pngead.

Gorgeous little pup. Good luck with the little guy.... chaos.
Love the mini schnauzers..
My wife brought home a yorkie, so he'll have to do. haha.
Next one is a schnauzer though

My wife didn't want a mini schnauzer because of the beards...But eventually she caved when she saw how fricken adorable the things are. We don't do the traditional schnauzer cut, though.
Quoted from nicoga3000:Our miniature schnauzer is pretty much the greatest thing. She turns one in like a month or two. We're getting a second from the same breeder in a few months as well.
We had mini Schnauzer's as a kid. Sweet Pea was one hell of a dog! just so loving and loyal. After I got married my wife and I came close to getting one but she wanted something a bit bigger, we wound up with a Boxer ( posted a pic of her along with my new Boxer girl earlier in the thread). We lost Ellie a bit ago to cancer, what a rough day that was, but she was with us over 12 years, Allie rules the house (just like Ellie did lol)! She thinks she is lap dog, Wouldn't have it any other way!
Quoted from Blackbeard:See, I think the beards are badass. What other dogs have a kick a$$ goatee?!
We have an Airedale, but we don't usually do the typical cut on him (shown below).
