She is an attractive woman and it was a joke based on Kaneda's intention to get a little attention towards the pic. If he wanted more attention he could show the rest of the roll of film. Some people enjoy showing it off. Some people dont.

Haha, you guys are funny. This was taken at a bar after we went swimming in BK. So it's a bathing suit under there. Brenda is super cool and sometimes flaunts her sexiness. Happens after years of being an Irish Catholic school girl.
