It's certainly worth 400 bucks.
Don't expect it to work. Could be a project.
These games are deals with the devil regardless. Sure they are cool but they are also huge.

Thanks everyone for your help. My brother is a CPA,who has zero interest in learning how to fix a game,let alone trying to troubleshoot a problem.His idea of fixing something is to call the guy .If I had his money,I'd call the guy too.
He's going to buy a used one from a local dealer,and the dealer will service it for him.
