Does this seem like a fair price for a shuffle bowling game?

My brother saw this for sale the other day. If it only needs a plug, why wouldn't the guy just fix it,and then sell it?

    It's certainly worth 400 bucks.

Don't expect it to work. Could be a project.

These games are deals with the devil regardless. Sure they are cool but they are also huge.

Who knows. There's probably other things wrong with it.

Thanks everyone for your help. My brother is a CPA,who has zero interest in learning how to fix a game, let alone trying to troubleshoot a problem. His idea of fixing something is to call the guy .If I had his money,I'd call the guy too.
He's going to buy a used one from a local dealer, and the dealer will service it for him.
    Thanks again

If the wires can be bypassed to make it work. It's a no brainer.
