Does the Williams Star Action have a 100000 light? (when you roll over the score reels at 99999) I see that there is one for the novelty mode but. it does not seem to work for add a ball mode.
I looked at the schematic but am having trouble finding it. If it exists, that is.

Thanks !

Yes it does have 1million light.

Max scoring of 1999990.

There is a dummy 0 in the units that never moves. Tens, Hundreds, thousands, and ten thousands reels.

The rest is done with back box lamps.
So 100,000 lamp. 200,000 etc..
And of course the 1million.

And that works in the add a ball mode?
I can see that it has the lights, they just don't seem to work.

Thanks, E

Add a ball - gives you extra ball.
Novelty- scores 100,000 on special.

Oh and just a fun fact.
I saw a you tube video with Tim Arnold from the pinball hall of fame. And Tim Arnold said his favorite game is Star Action.
I remember as I was shocked. I guess he loves that crazy wheel. It does put some odd spins on ball at times and can score and sound just like a regular spinner if hit right.

Just got mine finished up with a few small bugs to iron out yet.
I put ball bearings in the spinner, and it goes like hell!
This game is pretty lively and seems to be a lot of fun to play.....we'll see.
Going to dig into this scoring light issue when I get home from work.
Thanks for the help.

Funny you say that scoring light. As that was one of the issues I had. Well still do, but now it is either perfect or 10-30k heavy. I have yet to get it perfect every time for some reason. Bugs the hell out of me.

OK.

I figured it out. My machine is working perfectly.

I have a Triple Action with a Star Action back glass. Shit.

Oh well. It's still a fun machine.

I LOVE my Triple Action. I must have spent hundreds of dollars on that game when I was in high school. Now i OWN it. Those pops and slings really test your reflexes
Tell me more about adding bearings to yer spinner.
