Quoted from jgentry:

TWD and BM66 were awful at launch and took forever to just be ok. Both have fantastic code now though.

Yeah but Lyman doesn't just finish. He POLISHES. Big difference.

The USB port is the best and worst thing to happen to modern pinball. Allows for easy updates, but also allows product to ship with skeleton code.

I'm not sure any code update will help GB's punishing layout, but it can't hurt.

I think the biggest advantage Lyman has is he's a top competitive player. He sees potential "polish" that other coders just can't.

Finish the codes Dwight C'mon you slacker !!!
I love the Munsters look , the art is perfect but since he's on the software i will wait a few years and see if he delivers .
Why Stern Whyyy give Dwight another game while is last games needs lots of more love....
Lyman would have been prefect for Munsters .

Seems that Munsters code is shallow or basic enough for Dwight to say it’s finished after 1.0 and be correct. This is not going to be Star Wars.

Quoted from thunderking50:

got gb and munsters he's alone coding
but Sw he was with Waison Cheng same on lotr he was with keith johnson
looks like he needs to be helped by someone or he becomes a lazy bum

We really don’t know who is coding or helping, but I would think that Lyman being a world class player, he loves to refine. Seems to bug him when something it unfinished, an exploit or flaw.

There are few like that.

Quoted from PaulCoff:

Is it possible that “Are you a God?” was suppose to be code for the proton stream mods that were never implemented by Stern? There is a small opening with screws above the top corners of the apron on each side. I believe these openings were suppose to house the proton streams? What the protons were suppose to do I haven’t got a clue, but it seems like a Stern project with good intentions, but was abandoned and just maybe “Are you a God” would possible dictate the function of the proton mod?

Nope.

Although it's an interesting theory that the code would be for a mod only. Could you imagine?
