I bought some Cliffy flipper return guides to eliminate that ball hop. The replacements do not have the standoffs. On his website there are some instructions to file off the old ones but what prefer to buy new...

Nope. There have been a few folks who have made small runs of them, but they have not been made available through the major parts suppliers.

One possibility for making them:

Pinsider NicoVolta made some stainless Bally bell versions for sale. I'm not aware of anyone making the Williams type.

If you can't find new standoffs, place a soldering iron tip inside the standoff for 30 seconds, moving the tip around every few seconds. You can then pull off the old ones.

Mayfair Amusements has a lot of nos playfield parts. Maybe he has some nos standoffs. (718) 417-5050.

arcademojo Do you have any nos Williams standoffs?

Are they even different? I bought some Bally standoffs from Nic and used them on the Cliffy flipper returns on my Flash. Seemed the same

Not quite the same. Mine sit flush under the plastics and are held in place with simple tension.

The originals must be heated and removed, filed, and reinstalled. Or, re-clinched if you'd like it exactly original.
