    Your best option would probably be to clip off the burnt parts leaving as much of the component leads on the board as possible. Then wrap the new components to those leads and solder them.

    It's a little hacky, but it sure beats even attempting to separate the glass from the PCB.

    That's not the hard part to separation. It'd the ribbon cables all along the sides.

    Ok, looks like some trace damage, and R109 has lifted and is askew.

    You're going to need someone who can work with SMD parts.
