Data East, 1994It is being sold on ebay as plastic "d." It was included with the full set of plastics I purchased, however I do not know where it belongs. I don't think it is a promotional plastic because of the four holes towards the bottom, but it could be for a prototype. In any case, I have not seen it in any playfield pictures I found on the internets.
