For some odd reason, they shared some information with Mr. Pinball but none with the IPDB:

The 2010 Mr. Pinball Price Guide shows "approximately 3000" made in 2005.

Then in '06 "approximately 300" made.

Perhaps someone with a later guide can see if they made any more runs/published estimates.
