If it were me, I'd probably take a break for a few days and see if it gets better.
If it gets a bit better, give it a few more days to heal. If not, then maybe get it checked out by a doctor to make sure it's not something more serious.
But, only you know your own body and when some thing feels wrong, so use your best judgement. And keep in mind that this is just a pinball forum, not a medical facility
