Just get an EOS switch that fits. You could make one with the blades just measure the sizing and you can order blades from marcospec or get the same type of blade and the contacts in your pic from pinball resource.

FWIW the flipper baseplate is very similar to early stern/chicago coin, the pawl looks like early bally/williams, and the plunger/link, who knows. Might as well just replace the whole thing with a flipper from something else.

If you just need the EOS switch though make one. I never got the idea that having a generic but purpose built switch stack in a game somehow makes it "not original" and "not good".
