Based on the observations you've posted, it's likely that the DMD controller HV section is toast. You can have it repaired for about $55 plus insured return shipping. If you'd like to go that route, send me a PM at [email protected]

This is a good option for those who prefer stock, which I do.
XPin makes a great product, and I can recommend it, if you decide on a replacement.
