How about some beater Mopars! I've owned several, but the '73 Plymouth Fury III I owned for about 3 years in the late 80's was one of my favorites.
Complete with "yellow primer" (it used to be a taxi), I bought it from a friend's brother who was going into the Marines for $100 and a case of beer. She was a great car that helped me deliver a lot of pizzas to help pay my way through college. I had to reinforce the unibody with angle iron and exhaust tubing until the rust finally took its toll and the frame cracked in an unrepairable spot. The mighty 318 still ran like a top. At least I was able to drive her to the junkyard to say goodbye. I think I got $50 and got to keep the wheels and battery.

Wow! Just wow. This is the most amazing thread I have ever seen. Well, there was that one concerning all natural red haired girls. But, nonetheless, what an amazing thread. Color me impressed. This thread makes me miss my 2009 B5 blue SRT Challenger.
