Pretty much the same story here. A few bars trying to hold out, but they'll be closed by next week, whether they want to or not. The operator I was helping got out a month or two ago, selling his share of the route out, and I thought that sucked, but it turns out his timing turned out to be fantastic.

...when well maintained. That's the secret sauce a LOT of operators completely miss.
