Hi guys my Doctor who plays perfectly fine but everytime I turn the machine on the mini playfield begins to rise up and down about six times. I messed around with it to see if anything is broke checked all the optos and everything is working. So I was just wondering is this a normal thing because the game plays perfectly fine once I start a game up after it's done going up and down from when I turned it on thanks.

check your switch matrix test. See if anything funny shows itself.

It can be normal, but mine usually goes up and down at lease 3 times.
I believe it dose this to clear any balls that may of got stuck in the subway/mini PF.
You may also possible have a dirty optic, Like Hawk says check you switch matrix first.
