I probably just need to take it apart and take a better look at things, but: Has anyone had the flap on the shooter lane be too bouncy? When it launches a ball ~half the time the ball ends up back in the shooter lane. The flap seems to flutter too much allowing the ball to squeak back through.
I think the optos available now are just longer in general. I bumped into this when I replaced some and had to shim it.

It looks really great! Just a heads up, those plastic spacers between the legs will eat into the cab with time doing the opposite of what they were meant to. Get them off!
Has anybody had any problems with a weak vuk under the tardis? I've replaced the coil sleeve and plunger and sometimes it just doesn't want to launch the ball up.
