This morning I removed the standard size flipper bats that came installed on my DW when I bought it -- replaced them with some yellow lightning flippers from PPS (thanks to monsterbash for picking up a few extras for me).
Then proceeded to put up a new GC score. Seems like the "H" shot is easier to make with the lightning flippers, at least on my DW.

Karl Urban was also there, and after seeing he was into Pinball on here, we asked him if he would like to come over, and he stopped by and played a few games. He was actually a very good player and familiar with the game.
Not pinball, but still cool - Tron (Bruce Boxleitner) also stopped by and played a Tron arcade we had there. Quite the weekend.
This is quite possibly the coolest thing I've seen on Pinside. Tron playing Tron and one of the Doctors playing Doctor Who. Awesome!

Anyone have a video of Doctor Who running with the Pinsound board? Would love to hear the difference.
