Does the original Dalek motor follow the ball (like Homer in TSPP), or is it only activated at the same time the flasher goes off?

I finished the PinballToys topper kit. It was a time killer for sure. Kit included almost everything to get it setup. Hardest thing to do was to make your own brackets for the servo motor pieces. It "sagged" on me and dtopped working. I had to disassamble and put a metal bracket to support it. I'd estimate 6 hrs from beginning to end. If it has trouble again, I'll be asking to be put on the list for the higher quality ones.

Also, does anyone know how to achieve this "Highest Davros Multiball" "Who 0"?

I've been as far as getting 2 different multiballs started. I've also made it far enough in the first multiball to have the shield lower and I've raised it and scored 1 jackpot only.
That's not the Davros round, or is it the center shot with a 4x multiplier within a duration of time? I read something about the jackpot enemies values lowering with a timer.
