I would also suggest taking a look at the bi directional board under the pf. If the cap on there has let loose, it will cause issues with the mini pf movement. (If it hasn't let loose, I would also suggest replacing the cap if you have the ability. It's well past it's service life, and is only a matter of time before it ruins that board.)

Me personally.....2k or less, depending on exactly what the issue is with the mini pf. Fade on DW doesn't play into the lower price for me, since most all of them are faded. Not being faded does make it bring in a few extra bucks though.
