Several things to check.
Check all 4 fuses in Fliptronic board. replace if one is blown, and if it blows right away then you have a bad transistor on fliptronic
Check opto switches in switch check. You should see 2X optos on each side. Though the fact that it hits tells me it probably isn't the opto as these are either good or bad.
Lastly, and most commonly. Flipper coil low voltage winding could be open. Either fix this or replace the coil. Either of these will solve an open coil winding.
