Started 3 years ago with jawbone 24. For weight loss and sleep monitoring. Was 6' 6" and 230 - bmi was basically overweight. Now 205lb - 210 and Bmi normal. No more snoring , blood pressure better and fit into all my pants ago - oh, still 6' 6"

Wearing fitbit Alta hr now
