There is a adjustable rubber stopper under the brain bug. It needs to be just right or it will drop too far down bending the metal frame or tearing the metal near the top two corners. I think Marco has the metal frame. I need to replace mine sometime soon. Yours looks pretty good to me. I do not think you will ever get it totally flat. It will always sit above the playfield just a little.
