    I say, why not!!

I just received this strapped to a pallet along with an IJ from Alabama. I didn't even notice the IJ.

MAKE SURE IT'S COLD BEFORE YOU DRINK BRYAN.

That is cool! If I was dropping the coin to send a game out, it would seem like a nice touch.
Awesome that they call it a tacklebox.

It's in the fridge. I told Ray, if the stuff isn't any good, the IJ is getting shipped back!!

Drink a few just before you start any key/high risk processes during the restoration.... helps take the edge off right?

It's funny when it comes to beer tips. I believe tipping with good beer is better than the actual cost of the beer. It shows someone really cares.

That's very nice. I like that guy without even knowing him.
    Hey...bring that stuff to Expo!

More to the point, you're tipping the knowledge that you have that this is Good Beer. In general, tips in kind make me much happier than tipping with cash. Thankfully I've lived in No Tipping countries for the last 5 years, which makes me happy.

I really like the 420 & IPA. Whenever I'm flying through the Atlanta airport I try to stop at one of their locations in the terminal.

My guys are getting to know me. This came shipped inside a Banzai Run from Tulsa. Nice touch.

I'm still going to charge him the same. I might not swear at him as much, though.

Banzai Run. It's on like Donkey Kong Bryan!

    Pics when you finish.

I've never paid anyone to restore a game (yet) but I have sent extra $ to someone I bought a game from for packaging and handling even though he didn't ask for it.

    #14 6 years ago

Damn , Had I known restorations paid like that I might have considered doing some .

    #15 6 years ago

I do my own restorations. So, I tip my restorer by letting him have his way with my wife

    #16 6 years ago

Brian do a restore thread on the Banzai Run please! come on man it's my Grail!

    #17 6 years ago

Banzai Run really is like restoring 1-3/4 games... since there's 2 playfields, full of complex mechanisms.

A thread would be cool to follow.

You guys aren't helping. I told him it was just like a normal pinball but with a couple of mechs in the backbox.

LMAO I love it, John. And to think, Damon thought a twelve pack would make it all better.

dont worry, the old fart likes to complain, so it is best to just toss him a slow one right over the plate. It keeps his focus and you at least know it is coming right back at you

    it surely helps a little.

Looking forward to the Banzaii Run restoration thread!

I've got a TAFG to finish first. Then I'll think about it. I might let Damon post with the pics I send him. We shall see.
