My Mando was off of the skid loose in the truck. Was not happy about that. Make sure that you request delivery in a LIFT GATED truck so the pin stays on the skid. That said, the delivery guys actually drove the truck up my driveway instead of curb delivery and CARRIED the boxed pin up the front steps and into the house. That got them a $50 tip.
