    Quoted from Budman:

I always heard that you don’t tip an owner as is the case here.

According to Miss Manners, you are correct.

I didn't use to accept tips. Changed my mind when things got ugly in the mid 2000's.

    What about movers?

If you use them more than once. I would.

    Quoted from DMVPin:

I’ll ask the obligatory what about the guy(s) that deliver your pinball machine (In home/set up)?

    Quoted from LTG:

If you use them more than once. I would.

Yes. If they are there doing a good set up and checking it over. A pizza would be nice too.

and find a note... “why you no tip?”

Asking for a tip guarantees I won't tip.

Many years ago playing blackjack the dealer kept begging for tips. At this casino they aren't supposed to. After three shoes I finally put a $5 chip out on the tip spot to shut him up. He got all excited. If I won he got $10.

Except I kept hitting until I busted. I smiled and told him I had more money than he did.

He got the message and I didn't have to hear anymore about tips.

    Quoted from tacshose:

Omg people that tip at casinos drive me crazy I mean do they care when you lose NO that has gotta be the dumbest place to tip in the world.

Haven't been for a long time. I agree. The blackjack dealers split by shift with each other and dealers at another casino. So tipping a dealer you like, you are also tipping ones you might not like.

The people in the change booth I tipped because they turned my chump change into quarters for my business. And I tipped the beverage servers. They always took care of me, if going off shift and you might not see one for a long time, they'd bring me a couple pops. And down on the main floor where you couldn't have hot chocolate, one beverage server always had a pit boss okay it for me.
