I dragged my TSPP box into the hayloft 11 years ago... (why?---I'm not sure), but it hasn't held up too well.

    #2 9 years ago

Yep. Mines in the attic, who knows why. Guess it'll come in handy if i ever have to ship it some day.

    #3 9 years ago

Nope. I make it into a proper fort and let the kid trash it.

    #4 9 years ago

I saved my Black Knight box and after 34 years it is still looking good.
Anyone have an older box than this one?

    #5 9 years ago

If I'm ever lucky enough to buy NIB, yes, I will save the box.

    #6 9 years ago

Do I save the box? Believe me I've tried. But some boxes just aren't worth saving.

Got my MB box… not in bad shape.DSC05512.JPGDSC05512.JPG

I kept my first nib box and now it's only use is to store more nib boxes

    #10 9 years ago

I will be figuring that out later today/tomorrow. First NIB coming in soon...

    #11 9 years ago

    saved all two of them

That's what I do. They don't care about the pin but had a blast with the box. We could have a cheap family hobby if I could be happy with the box. Ha

    #13 9 years ago

With the cost of some of these NIB pins, I'd have to live in the box.

    #14 9 years ago

Why save the box? Seems like unnecessary rat food.

    #16 9 years ago

Have you ever seen them for sale on craigslist? Every now and then I see a post for a box for a couple hundred bucks, not sure if its a joke or not?

Its only a joke until someone buys it… lets just say I know of a CC box that sold for $250 with all the packing material a few years ago.

They will buy the box so they can claim they have had it since new and its HUO.

I wanted to save mine, but when my wife saw it she told me 'no way that big a$$ box is going to stay in the garage' so no.

I was offered 250 for my BK box so there are people that will buy them.

I had a wife like that, the key word here is had.

I traded up to an LE.

    #21 9 years ago

I usually get rid of it a week before I sell a game that needs shipped.

    #22 9 years ago

No, we do not save the boxes. But we did use our last box as a sign for our last pinball tournament and house party. Everyone liked the idea and immediately new they were at the right house.image.jpgimage.jpg

House? That photo leads one to believe you live on a 15 acre estate with beachfront property....

    #28 9 years ago

I toss mine out. Best to have the space for more pins.

Perhaps river front, but beach front in Beaumont I don't know about that.

    Funny.
The Property has been in my family since the early 1900's
No Beach and we are about 3 or 4 miles from the River.
It is awesome that the town built up around us and now we have private area in the center of town yet it remains a bit isolated.
Great for big pinball parties. And I am sure one will be coming up after Christmas.
Last big one was October 11th.
