    I think it depends on your market.
    To another Pinsider/Collector, doubtful the $100 average cost plus time is worth it.
    However, if the game is apart and you are doing a full shop, I would say yes, for pride in workmanship,
    and you are already deep in a tear down.

    If your market is to the Single Home buyer, and you know your competition, some areas will return on your time
    and investment with a higher price.
