Quoted from PismoArcade:Six months ago, we sold our home and bought a condo so I sold all 12 of my pins.
I've been getting my fix on location but if I had a do-over, I would have hung on to either my BM66 or TSPP.

Quoted from dc2010:Lol, sadly I lost my collection to an arson fire while is was 1000 miles away, only one survived, and it took me until very recently to get back into it! 6yrs to get over it!
I have to ask: was your Fire! the one that survived??
Pinball can certainly get you down if you are constantly having to repair them. As mentioned above...it can feel like a chore. I know that some people enjoy the tinkering, but I just want to play...not fix/repair pins non-stop.
I also feel that a lot of us hobbyists/collectors get so caught up in it all, that we don't take enough time out for for other things. Spend some time going out with friends, visit some family, take a few days to relax, pop out of town for a bit, go to church.
My wife says i "collect collections." Unfortunately, I have seen this happen to many people in various hobbies. I feel that the ultimate answer is that some collectors get too caught up in a hobby that simply cannot provide emotional, spiritual, and familial support. Becoming consumed by something isn't healthy.
Quoted from Aurich:Just sold another, down to 3 games. Feeling fine about it. Looking forward to the things that I can now fit. If I ever feel otherwise I can always buy pins again.
Do what makes you happy. You're not defined in any way by how many games you own, you don't have to have a game because you worked hard to get it or something if you never play it.
Feel free to let me know when you decide to sell The Shadow
Quoted from Jappie:It has definitely crossed my mind so sell them all, but I just know I'll have sellers remorse in a few years.
I do feel that I own too many pins vs the amount of time that I actually play them, so I am planning to sell a few off in the following months.
However, I find it *such* a bitch to decide which ones...
Please contact me if you sell flash gordon or The Shadow.
