Everyone breaks a flipper now and then. Ive always changed both out, even though usually, only one is broken. Am I being excessive ( and wasting time and money), or is this the recommended repair course ( I figure they've both seen the same amount of abuse)?

( I always change flipper assemblies and bushings in pairs too, but that seems logical)

Change both for piece of mind.

Always change them in pairs. It just makes sense and they are only a few bucks.

It depends on how long (or how many plays) they have been installed for.

If the bats have only been on there a short time, I would just change the broken one. If they have been on there for a while, I would change both.
