Is it just me, or are there more pinball fanatics or restorers that are not happy with
The clear inserts on all new reproduction playfields?
As we know original playfields from the b/w
Era and other brands used a non-clear prime on there playfields before silkscreening.
This makes the inserts dim, and better to read. In my opinion nicer, and easier to the eye.
It would be nice if manufacturers of new playfields would use the same methode
Like they did in the day.
Because I think pf’s from CPR
Are excellend repros, thats why i think its a pitty all those inserts are clear..
Anyone shares this opinion?
Give me some toughts on this.
This topic had never been discussed i think.
