Just replaced the diode, have had the switch 36 error for forever now, just want to make sure my wiring is correct, thanks!

It appears to be correct:

The green/orange comes in to a N.O. or COM switch lug (A) (check other switches to confirm you have the correct lug).

It then goes through the switch to the other lug that will be N.O. or COM, depending on which one is connected above. On that lug we have the lined end of the diode and nothing else (B).

We then go through the diode to a third lug that has the NON-banded end of the diode and the white/blue wires.

It looks like your switch is wired properly.

so my rollover does not correctly on my EBD
when the ball goes slowly over it, it works, but if I shot fast then it does not work

I have tried replacing the switch and the diode and put a capacitor around it

I am not really sure how to adjust the switch gap correctly, I just bent it !
if I make the gap small then, when I play the switch is operated by me shakinging the pinball machine
if aI make the gap but a litle bigger then it does not register the fast balls ???

Maybe I alter the gap in the wrong way !!, please tell me how to do it

Also some photo's of the switch would be nice to make sure I have the correct one

I got this picture of the internet, I circled a screw hole on the played field, there is not screw on anything in this hole on my play field. It there supposed to be something in it ? ???

If I try to push the mettle guide out so the ball has to run more in the center of the rollover switch then it registers more occurrences, I am thinking maybe there should be a part here, to push the ball more in the center, again any picture from a working machine, so I could what should go there would be helpful

Quoted from Andy_ebd:

Sounds like the part the ball rolls over needs adjusting more than the leaf blade switch.
