They will still be too tall and noticeably so.
okay i was asking since the spare ones i have are 28.5" and the type of pinball i have is a gottlieb black hole .
it seems every place is out of stock for 27". does anyone have extra ones they could sell me?

The 27" are very hard to come by. I called PB Resource last wk to place an order and was wanting to get a set but he has been out for a while. He is trying to get some made but said he cant find good enough steel to have nice shiny ones made.
as long as i can attach the legs then i will use them for now.
if anyone finds a set of 27" legs let me know.
but if its next to other pinballs that have 28.5 inch legs then it should match the height of the others ones. my other pinballs have 28.5 inch legs so it should match in height.

Assuming all your others are also Gottliebs with 28.5" legs then technically yes. If you have different manufacturers they will sit at different heights.
