The pics are confusing. One board has the Terminator chip so I'm assuming this was/is the known "good" board? The other has IC's missing. Also, I think I see the tool for removing IC's and I see a scratch across the ASIC. Did you remove the IC's and ASIC and for what purpose? Have you done this before? How comfortable are you working with electronics? Just trying to understand your level of capability.
So, now neither CPU works?
