What is wrong with this DMD?

I have a line missing however it is intermittend. It is visible in the beginning of the video when the vertical line test is in progress and during the end of the video. In horizontal test and all other test programms the line is working properly.

The problem is definately in the DMD. I have switched it into another pin and the problem stays.

During gameplay the line is sometimes on during animations where it should not be on. When i'm in test menus the line is always off.

It is very strange.

P.s it is a DMD with ribbon cable not with pins (cherry) i have pushed the cable wher it goes into the glass however that does not have any effect on the line.

I used the cables in my wcs instead. It looks like when it is on full power there is no issue (all pixels on) however on low power let's say 25% then this line is acting up.

A new dmd works it is definitely a problem within this dmd. I have repaired many dmd's where the pins broke off the glass. However in that case the line is always off. In this case it is on when it should be off and otherwise. Very strange behaviour that i haven't seen before.
