I just confirmed that the issue is with the DMD board A-14039-01. Any diagnostics that can be done to identify bad component(s)?
Are you sure it isn’t a bad ribbon cable? If you are sure, capacitors are always the first to go. If you have the soldering skills replace them all on that board.

Thanks. I did check the ribbons (replaced with spare working ones) and did not fix the issue. Will check into the caps. Thanks.
Best to test the voltages, -111v, -100v and 62v on the board. If any of these are out, then the high voltage section needs to be rebuilt. ChrisHibler would be happy to do this for you. I prefer the original DMD controller board in my games.

Awesome. Thanks. I will check.

Here are the voltage numbers. They seem to be good.
Pin #1: 114.5 v
Pin #2: 103.4 v
Pin #3: Key
Pin #4: Gnd
Pin #5: Gnd
Pin #6: 5 v
Pin #7: 12.3 v
Pin #8: 63.7 v
Hmmn..voltages look good so it seems to be a logic problem, which Chris should be able to take care of that as well.
Does not scream it to me. Out of 20 boards I had worked on, I only ever seen the 2 capacitors cause wavy lines, like an old tube TV did when it was not quite tuned in to a channel.
Can you post or send a video of what the display does?
Assuming it changes from this picture.
I agree with @pinballmaniac40, the Dot Controller has a logic issue.
