I've just picked up a lethal weapon 3 and the display works fine when it's in the attract mode and during the game play. Except there are certain game modes when playing that cause the display to go a little dark or just invisible but then goes back to normal. Is the display going or can I fix it ?

If power tests good then the display might be out gassing.
