Could try removing / reseating the ribbon cables . Sometimes works .
Is there any dots at all in the line coming on ? If not it could be a broken solder joint at the edge of the glass which can be repaired by a tricky resolder or use a conductive epoxy to re-join it . Usually the break in the pin is right at the edge of the glass .
