sounds like the infamous WPC rest issue. try reseating the molex connectors for the flippers and the Z connectors. worked for my TZ. i know there's a fix that requires switching out some components on the board if you feel up to doing some minor board work.

i'd say try reseating the connectors. flipper issue might be a fuse. check them with a multimeter, as it's not always visually apparent if fuse i bad without checking it with a multimeter. check for shorts while you are at it (exposed wires touching metal/other exposed wires). hope you figure it out!
