When I try the Claw test on Demo Man, the game just beeps at me - it won't move the claw or the elevator. The Test Report says Claw Motor Error.
The following are known good :
1) motors (
2) EMI Board
3) Motor Board
4) Optos (all 4).

I believe the transistor is good as it passed basic tests - the CPU is not sending a low signal to the U3(or whatever) chip so it's definitely not getting to the transistor.

Grounding the appropriate transistor will allow all motors to run (also verifying the test results I had for 1,2,3 above)

This video shows the Claw Test beeping at me - it does this for any of the Claw menu items.

Any ideas?

It's fixed - I guess, wish I knew why. Here's what I did -

I suspected U3, so decided to test the other circuits controlled by U3.
1) I went through each, grounding the transistors to see if the flashers would work as I wanted to make sure they were physically capable.
They did not work
2) I went into all lamps + flasher test mode, and it didn't work - but then I realized coin door open.
3) I closed coin door and the flashers worked.
4) claw did too.

I swear I tested the claw stuff several times with the door closed, so I don't think that had anything to do with it, but willing to be proven wrong. It seems that I just reset something software wise, but that's just a guess. Would love some thoughts.
