Pricing is pretty uniform now with Sterns. Wondering who provides the best support if the game has an issue and Stern has to cover something under warranty? Private message me if there is a bad experience you've had with one (not looking to publicly shame anyone here.)

I don't buy new pins often. Just envisioning if I had ghosting, warped or other playfield problems I'd want someone that can help and get things covered under warranty.

    Quoted from Chisox:

I use JJ at the Game Exchange in Colorado and have referred him to buddies who share my opinion that he’s the man. He and Chaz at Stern helped me with an issue with a machine on a Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Thanks. JJ and Trent were on my short list of distributors to use.
