Pricing is pretty uniform now with Sterns. Wondering who provides the best support if the game has an issue and Stern has to cover something under warranty? Private message me if there is a bad experience you've had with one (not looking to publicly shame anyone here.)
Nitro pinball has been excellent to me. I’ve made several nib purchases from tommy. Any issues are taken care of above and beyond. Very highly recommend to anyone in Canada or WA.
I don't buy new pins often. Just envisioning if I had ghosting, warped or other playfield problems I'd want someone that can help and get things covered under warranty.
I think with the rare exception, most in this small knit community are service oriented, and more than willing to go the extra mile. That said, someone who is unreasonable with their expectations will find it hard in any industry to satisfy their expectations.

Kingpin Games (Christopher Meunier) is great because when you call he answers right away and if he doesn’t he calls you back within 10 minutes. He cares about his customers and always willing to help. He also brings a ton of games to Midwest Gaming Classic and Mad Rollin every year. He has also helped me with my tournaments getting prizes.
For stern I will recommend Trent. Hes the best. I never, in a dont know how many years, ever have to go anywhere else. Trent is straight and fair as they come. Even sales I have sent to him, everyone that buys from him is 100% pleased. Everyone has their own relationships but being treated fairly is at the top of my list. Trent has never done anything but be great to me.

Spot on. I think it’s great when you find a distributor that is honest, responsive, supports the hobby, and follows through with their commitments. For me price is a distant 5th though often with a good relationship you don’t even have to ask or question if you got a good deal. There are several that pop up repeatedly and deservedly so. For me that dealer is Flippen Out Larry, glad you found one you trust also. Makes pin buying like going to Carmax. Only for toys.

I have been told by many that Larry is awesome. I've spoken with him before and he seems like a stand up guy. Trust is everything in my business. I would trust Trent with anything I do.
