I sold one recently and am close to your area. I would say a working one in average condition would sell for around $800-$900. So maybe half that and adjust for condition?
But yes, look for battery leakage. The one I bought had that and it was around $75 to repair.

I'd highly recommend Steve Kulpa for repair. He's repaired two of my boards and is very reasonable. In Nashville also.
