My Grand Lizard was missing the Alphanumeric displays. My brother has used displays out of a Pharaoh. Do these cross over?

Unfortunately no. Pharoah uses numeric displays only. Sys11 games were the start of Alphanumeric displays, so anything older won't work in place there.
