anyone know what causes the streaks on the display? see pic below. It only happens on the bottom right segment, only happens when displaying certain numbers i.e. 1,3,4,5,7,9 (0,6,8 works fine).

It's not the main board as when I swap the cable to another display it works 100% so it's definitely something with this display.

Anyone seen this before?

This just started?

Maybe the internal structure cracked somehow and it's outgassing into that cracked section rather than out of the display entirely.. otherwise I would suspect a manufacturing defect. That's wierd.

it is weird and doesnt always do it as certain numbers working on that segment which is even weirder!
