'I just reseated my ribbon connectors on my I-500 pin and now my DMD is not working and there is no power in my playfield. The machine was off when I reseated the connectors. Can anyone help in troubleshooting what might have happened?

Carefully inspect all the connectors your removed and make sure you re-installed them correctly. Almost guaranteed you have one off a row of pins.
