A close friend who works for Disney heard the IJ that was at Disneyland is either going into storage or is going to be auctioned in a upcoming Disney auction. I'm sure it will be pretty expensive if it does go to auction, its times like these when I wish money grew on trees!

Is it open to the public? Last I heard it was limited to cast members. If so, I wouldn't expect it to go crazy high. Plus, I also heard the pins in general were routed and beat pretty bad--even the newer Sterns.

Well since it's old resting place is now a full fledged dining area...yeah.
Was sad to see it go.
Just like Flynn's in DCA, Disneyland Hotel's underwater arcade and of course, the original two story Starcade.

Pinball is officially dead in the Magic Kingdom.
    (At least for CA.)

It was sadly out of order on my visit in February, sorry that I won't get to play it. That's a nice opportunity for a cast member to own a unique machine - I imagine it must be one of the most played IJs on the planet, which is saying something for that title.

What makes this IJ special apart from it's operating location? I take it's a Williams IJ?

    Universal studios is better anyway.
I'm guessing Arcades just don't compete with everything else.

Cab is different. Google image search it. Someone here maybe a year ago recreated it and had a thread about it.

I saw the hotel I was staying at with my wife had a Tron. Went down there the second night to finally play it for the first time and the damn thing would just stick in ball search. Ley them know but i knew it would never get fixed.

Here are some pics I took when the machine came back from it's long hiatus.

That lockdown bar looks a bit.... uncomfortable? Props to them to going to the trouble to dress up the cabinet a bit though.

    Called it.

If it goes public, I would bet it hits 10k easy.

Wish they could keep it, maybe next to shrunken Ned.
