My wife is a marathon runner so we usually go down twice a year for her to hit the marathons. Our kids are young, so my free time while we are there will be limited as they get older. Either way, if you find yourself with some free time after the parks, there is a killer pinball bar/bowling alley about 30-40 in Oviedo. I think it’s called the pinball lounge. Whenever my wife goes to bed early for her marathon the next day, I head over and play for a few hours. They usually have about two dozen pins, mostly newer A list titles in great shape. Really nice place and well run!

None yet, she was thinking about the half and full challenge, but she’s trying to get her marathon time under 3:30 to qualify for Boston. She has done the marathon there every year, and 2 out of 4 times we found out we were having a kid the day after the race. One was when we were checking out of the Polynesian, and the other was the day after we got home. Pretty crazy timing honestly.
