Can’t get it to play anything from the Xbox One app. I get a code 39 error which seems to be pretty common and very annoying. I can stream it to the TV from a phone with a Chromecast but that seems like an unnecessarily convoluted way to do it.

And yes I have restarted the Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and all that. What a pain in the ass. I see many people are calling for help as the error message recommends but they sit on the phone for hours and it doesn’t get fixed.

Disney+ free with Verizon is OK, but we haven't found much to watch. Here there has been a somewhat substantial collection of DVD and Blu-ray Disney movies going back for years so we have pretty much all of those already. I could conceivably even rip them all and put them on a server so we could conveniently watch them any time we want.
