I'm thinking of purchasing a White Water from a guy that lives far away, so I was hoping to seal the deal via FaceTime and pictures. The shipping is not too expensive, which is a bonus.

The seller seems pretty honest and showed me some fixable things around the machine via FaceTime. He's also going to send me some high res pics tomorrow. However, when looking at his low res pics he has on the site, I noticed some strange lines. Is the playfield damaged or just dirt?

    Looks like mylar

It's a Mylar overlay on top of the playfield.

    OK, thank you all!
(I had to Google mylar, learning things every day)

Hi, the mylar on my playfield has some loose (and dirty) edges pretty much all over the place. The previous owner used large sheets of it.
What is the best thing to do? Should I remove all of it and re-apply some new one here and there?

I’d leave it and clean the best you can. Depending on how it was put on, removing it could cause damage to artwork
