Dear Lloyd. I hope you can help. I looked through the forum but could not see any info on my problem.
I have a Dirty Harry pintable and when the feature using the magnet activates the ball just hangs on the metal. Having to slightly shake the table to release.
I have turned the table power off when this has happened and the ball still hangs there so led me to think that it wasn’t the magnet. I then replaced all the balls with new ones for tables with magnets but the balls still hang on as before.
Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks.

Balls magnetized ? Magnet pole magnetized ? Magnet pole sunk into playfield leaving a spot where a ball can stick, the magnet pole needs to be raised.
Should be easy to sort out. Even for a flat foot.
